Tong Pak Fu

Went for a haircut a week ago. Hair grew long and I didn't feel comfortable so decided to cut it shorter a bit shorter than shoulder length which is really short... The hair stylist said I look like china doll and looked very cute, she also said that the hairstyle suits me but its still really short for me.. And I kinda regret cutting :/ since I have upcoming presentations, and mootings etc I feel like my confidence level dropped bcoz of my hairstyle now.....

And then today after class I have a classmate and she was sitting behind me, she said when i smile I have dimples so i look cute. I think theres so many people that commented and said I look 'cute' which is kinda negative and also positive. Negative bcoz cute is more like a term used to describe kids :\ Okay i probably still look like a kid that means I look young so thats the positive side. And no I dont have a picture bcoz i dont think I look cute ^^

Anyway..... lets talk about food! I wont be able to update like real-time update coz I dont really have the time so my posts usually will be delayed and its not really what I had today but a week ago unless I state its today. Let me share with you a DESSERT! im sure everyone loves desserts its something you look forward to after having a meal :P

This is their specialty and its called SNOW ICE. Thats the Horlick flavor (Thursday promotion) and everyday they have a special flavor at a discounted price its around RM 5.80 but if u ordered it not on Thursday then the price will be around RM 8+ (I forgot the price) for regular dont know about large. 

Its actually a dessert shop so theres a lot of others like Mango King and other desserts + also food but i wont really recommend the food... just the desserts. The snow ice like their slogan says 'Must Try' its true... you should really try and be amazed! Its how thin and the texture its different. I wonder how they do it.. + you get a lot of sides with the snow ice like the one in the picture, you have those jelly thing and the pearl thing and its a good combination. 

Must Try. Theres like a lot of outlets through KL so ... I dont think you need any address.

So if you're in KL, go try it if you havent and try it again if you have bcoz its just so irresistible. My brother always.. I mean ALWAYS eat the snow ice when we're shopping in a mall with their outlet inside coz its really that good. 

Fatty Crab!

Are you a fan of crabs? Like this one?

Well not mr krabby... Lets go for something we can eat. Mr krabby still won't be happy you are eating his species though. Hehe

That's what I'm talkin about. Makes your mouth watery already? This is one of their signature dish the sweet and sour crab. Individual preference my dad says my mom can cook better crabs but you might like it. Just be sure to arrive early by the time we finished eating, the place is already packed. The crab costs RM 60. Other than that you can also their century egg which is also.... Somewhat famous.

DST Bullfrog Porridge

My dad came down to KL for a few days and since then we've been on an eating tour around KL. Tried a lot of food and from various places mostly those that are so called 'famous' or listed on websites but I think some are kinda overrated its not that good. I only took a shot of a few of the dishes out of the menu I will update when I try others out of the menu.

Okay I have a feeling my blog will turn out to be a food blog more than my own personal life bcoz I think no one is interested in my life bcoz EVERYONE is interested in FOOOOOD!!!! This marks the birth of my food porn Blog :P

This is one of my fav I dont know if its listed or whatever I was at Puchong and wanted to eat something for dinner and discovered this shop its called 'DST Bullfrog Porridge' and then I'm a fan of frog porridge so decided to give it a try and damnnnnn..... its good. The picture above is the 'Kungpao' one and its veryyy spicy. Requested them to remove the hot red chilis but I think they forgot(?) to or they just dont take instructions. By the way if you're going for dinner its best to arrive before 7pm otherwise it will be packed by then.

This one is the porridge version, also Large forgot the price, probably RM 30 too

Side dish I ordered this.... its kinda special bcoz I never tried anything like that lah its EGG + FUNGUS and its not bad really... but i think you should eat it with rice coz we ordered porridge... I think we ordered around 5 claypot but i only took these few pictures :( Theres also a ginger onion frog thingy and theres the EEL and a soup. I'll post the pictures next time in my next trip to DST.

I went to have dessert with a friend a few days ago and theres this shop called Blackball recently opened and we never tried it yet so we both decided to try it together. I didnt take much pics so I'll just post pics taken by others :P 

This is the interior of the shop it looks small but not really bcoz theres more tables outside. It's really comfy. The ambience is good. 

And when you make your order you will be give this. It will 'BUZZ' when your order is ready to be collected so you dont have to stand around the counter waiting for your number. 

This is called the 'Blackball Signature' what I ordered, it's recommended on the menu so I ordered it since its my first time I dont know what to order and this had a lil bit of everything. It's not too bad my friend said its good so we kinda enjoyed it ^^ Then, theres also others in the menu where you can customize it yourself you choose your own sides and toppings etc

Take your step forward now

I find this Quote really inspiring. "If you dont step forward, you're always in the same place. If you dont ask, the answer is always NO. If you dont go after what you want, you'll never have it." Its not only inspiring its very true. You have to have the courage to be able to achieve beyond what you have on your mind before that you need to go after it. You have to take a step forward otherwise you're always on the same place. Whenever you have Questions you have to ask otherwise you will never be able to expand your knowledge bcoz the answer will always be a No. I like how this Quote is in the form of stairs... its telling you to take a step forward now whether its chasing after your dreams or its asking someone out for a date, take a step forward. You'll see the results soon enough. The bravest man in the world is not the one with the armor, is the one without the armor but his level of courage is nothing less than the one with the armor. 

2012.... Postponed?!?

So we survived. I'm sure no one really believe in Dec 21 that we are all gonna die. Well the good news we dont have to die now but we will die before we see this happen :) Keep smiling!!! till 3012....
